I prefer to deliver a bespoke programme to each client to meet career management demands, but a typical programme may look something like this:

  • Getting to know you, pin-pointing and evaluating your skills, experience and knowledge
  • Carefully considering your options, capabilities and the current job market to identify opportunities and support your advancement and development
  • I can also offer Psychometric Testing for those clients who want to understand more about themselves (in the corporate environment), how they fit in and how they influence others

  • Creating a strategic process and development plan to give you confidence and focus
  • Understanding your skills and creating career opportunities
  • Identifying skill transferable roles and preferred industries
  • Evaluating your immediate or 3-5 year career plan
  • Demonstrating how to market yourself in an increasingly competitive market place
  • Helping you to command a higher salary with increased responsibilities
  • Building your confidence and motivating you to maximise your job search during a period of uncertainty
  • Creating a well-crafted and dynamic CV to help generate interest and interviews
  • Concentrating on the gamut of interview techniques and questions
  • Presentation skills, body language – image and impact both visually and verbally with constructive feedback
  • Targeting the “unadvertised job market” and creating opportunities by helping you expand and utilise your personal network
  • Creating and setting a targeted job search campaign

  • After the initial programme is completed, I will also project manage your job search to make sure that you are using your knowledge correctly. There will be further one-to-one meetings to fine-tune your strategy and job campaign
